◆ Regarding Reservations ◆
・ Please note that seat preferences cannot be accommodated.
・ The maximum number of guests you can select varies depending on availability during each reservation time slot.

◆ Important Notes for Visitors ◆
・ Entry is strictly prohibited for guests under 20 years of age when unaccompanied by an adult (reservations from such guests are also not accepted).
・ Upon entry, we may verify the age of guests using a photo ID.
・ Guests under 20 years of age may enter only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
・ Even if you arrive after your reserved time, the departure time remains unchanged (each session lasts 90 minutes with a full turnover of guests).
・ If you expect to be late for your reservation, please inform us by phone in advance.

◆ Reservation Changes & Cancellations ◆
・ Please note that cancellations or changes must be made by the customer themselves by the scheduled arrival time.
If a cancellation is not processed via TableCheck by the scheduled arrival time, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. (No cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is processed prior to the reserved date and time.)
・ Guests who fail to show up without prior notice may be unable to make future reservations at our establishment. Please understand this in advance.
