◾️We may not be able to answer the phone during business hours. Please contact us at info@imakyoto.jp

◾️Regarding food allergies, unfortunately we cannot accommodate specific food allergies or dietary restrictions. We do not have age restrictions for children, but we will provide the same menu

◾️ Credit card details are required to make a reservation. You will have the option of pre-payment or payment on-site

◾️Cancellation and changes in the number of people will incur the following cancellation fees:
　50% of the fee for cancellations 5 days before to 4 days in advance,
　100% of the fee for cancellations 3 days before to the day of the reservation

◾️ Corkage fee: ¥4,000 per bottle

◾️Course meals start at 6:30 pm for dinner and 12:00 pm for lunch. You can enter the restaurant up to 15-minutes before the course starts. If you arrive late, your menu may be shortened. If we are unable to contact you after the reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late.

◾️ There is no car or bicycle parking. Please use the nearby paid parking lot.
