<<About cancellation>>
For cancellations, you will be charged a cancellation fee as shown below, starting from the date and time of your visit.
24 hours before arrival: ¥1,500 per person

<<Change date/time/number of people>>
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or the date and time after registration has been completed for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming.
In the unlikely event that the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and reapply.
