<<About Cancellations>>
For cancellations, a fee will be charged as follows, based on the scheduled visit time:
Within 24 hours before the visit time: ¥1,500 per person.

<<Changes to Reservation Date and Number of People>>
We cannot accept any changes to the number of people or the reservation date after your reservation is confirmed. Please check carefully before confirming your reservation.
If there are changes to the date or number of people, please cancel and make a new reservation.
