▶︎If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
▶︎If you are arriving late, we may not be able to provide you with a course meal, even if you notify us.
▶︎Reservations for single guests are only accepted by phone on the day of your reservation.
▶︎Private rooms for two guests may be arranged in pair seats.
▶︎Reservations for seven or more guests must be made by phone.
▶︎For semi-private rooms, a private room fee of 1,100 yen per person will apply.
▶︎Reservations made by phone may also incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy Notice
For course reservations
A cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation time, and 50% will be charged if cancelled 48 hours prior.
For table-only reservations
A cancellation fee of ¥8,000 will be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation time, and ¥4,000 if cancelled 48 hours prior.
Kindly note that any changes to the number of guests made the day before or on the day of your reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
