▶Reservations for single guests are only accepted by phone on the day of your reservation.
▶Private rooms for two guests may be paired.
▶For semi-private rooms, a private room fee of 1,100 yen per person will be charged.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 24 hours prior to your reservation time, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled 48 hours prior.

When you make a reservation, a credit limit equivalent to the reservation amount is held (a provisional reservation).
However, in the case of debit cards and prepaid cards, these are directly linked to your account,
so unlike credit cards, the quoted amount is immediately deducted from your account when your reservation is confirmed.
The store will process your refund after you arrive, so please pay the fee at the store on the day.

Regarding payment methods on the day:
Debit cards are not accepted.
Acceptable credit cards are American Express, Diners Club, JCB, VISA, and MasterCard.
We do not accept electronic money.

We do not accept seating reservations. Please note that we cannot extend your seating time. Also, if we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late. The cut of meat served in the course may change on the day. All seats are non-smoking. Private rooms for two people will be provided with pair seats. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
