*Reservation rules*
●All classes will start at the same time as your reservation. In the unlikely event that you arrive late or leave early, we may not be able to serve some of your courses, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
●If a reservation is made after the reserved time, it may be cancelled or a portion of the course may be omitted.Please understand this in advance.
●Customers wearing excessive perfume may be refused entry.
●A separate 10% service charge will be charged.
●Bringing in alcohol: 5,500 yen (tax included) / bottle (~720ml)

*About cancellations*
For cancellations, a cancellation fee will be charged as shown below, starting from the date and time of your visit.
Cancellation from 7 days before: 30%
Cancellation from 3 days before: 50%
Cancellation from the day before: 100%

*Change of reservation date/time/number of people*
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or the date and time after the reservation has been completed for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your order.
In the unlikely event that the date, time, or number of people changes, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel and reschedule your reservation.

*About payment*
Payment can only be made by cashless payment (credit card, electronic money, QR code) (cash not accepted).
Additionally, we cannot handle individual accounting. Please note.
