"Galette des Rois" means "King's Cake."

It is a traditional French pastry eaten at gatherings celebrating the Christian holiday of Epiphany on January 6th.

A ceramic fève, a doll, is hidden in the dough, and whoever finds it will be blessed with good fortune for the year.

Each pattern on a Galette des Rois has a meaning, and our pastry chefs carefully craft each one with love.
