▶Please note that during busy periods, there is a 2-hour time limit.

▶Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

▶In case of same-day cancellation or change in the number of people, the full price of the reserved course/plan will be charged for each person.

▶Also, if we do not receive contact from you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be considered cancelled.

▶If you are making a reservation with children, please let us know their ages.

▶TOKYO KAIKAN CLUB members are required to present their membership card before payment. Please note that points cannot be awarded after payment.

▶Due to credit card industry policy, signature-based authentication for IC credit card use will be abolished from April 2025. Entering your PIN is required when using this service, so please confirm it beforehand.
