[About Reservations]
■ When making a reservation, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. This is only to guarantee your reservation. Unless the cancellation policy applies, no advance charges will be incurred.
■ A separate 10% service charge will be applied.
■ We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that seating times are limited to 90 minutes during lunch and 2 hours during dinner.
Please note that the departure time will not change even if you are late.
■ If you are more than 30 minutes late from your scheduled arrival time, your reservation will be canceled.
■ All seats are non-smoking.
■ Children must be 12 years of age or older and able to dine on the same course menu as adults.
■ We have a smart casual dress code.
■ Please refrain from wearing excessive perfume or strong fragrances.
■ For reservations of 6 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

[About Cancellations]
■ For reservations for 1 to 5 people:
If you cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival time, 100% of the reserved course price will be charged.
■For reservations for 6 or more people
If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival time, we will charge 100% of the reservation course fee.
■For private reservations
If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival time, we will charge 100% of the reservation fee.
