Sushi Sakura – Reservation Policy
▶ Both 17:00 (18:00) and 20:30 seatings are private bookings for one party only.
▶ The 18:00 seating is available for the B Course only.

Reservation Changes & Cancellations (Important)
Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your reservation time.
After this deadline, no changes or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
Please note that messages or phone calls made within 72 hours cannot be accommodated.

Arrival Time Policy
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes after your reserved time, your booking will be automatically canceled,
and no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
Even if you arrive later than 15 minutes, your reservation will still be treated as a cancellation.

Please also note that there are no waiting areas around our restaurant.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not arrive earlier than your reserved time.
We will begin seating exactly at your reservation time.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Course & Payment
・The course fee does not include drinks.
All beverages will be charged separately and settled on the day of your visit.

・Drink payments are accepted on-site only.

・If you have any allergies or ingredients you cannot consume,
please inform us at the time of booking.
We cannot make any changes on the day of your reservation.

Course Content
Our courses are centered around fresh and raw seafood.
Therefore, we regret that we cannot accommodate guests who:
• cannot eat raw fish,
• have allergies to raw seafood, or
• follow a vegan diet.
We appreciate your understanding.

Children’s Reservations
We only accept reservations for children who can enjoy the same course as adults.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate infants or children who will not be dining,
due to safety and facility limitations.

Please kindly note that our restaurant does not have child facilities
such as a changing table, nursing space, high chair, stroller area, or restroom.
In addition, we do not offer special menus or individual arrangements for children.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Access
Please note that Google Maps may show a route passing by the temple next to our restaurant.
This path can be very dark at night, so please take care if you choose to walk this way.

We kindly ask that you refer to the access instructions provided in your booking confirmation.
If you are walking, please use those directions as a guide.
If you are coming by taxi, please show the instructions to your driver for a smooth arrival.
