BOOKING POLICY

APRES-SKI POLICY

・We offer après-ski from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, with online reservations available between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

・Dinner service begins at 6:00 pm, so guests without a dinner reservation will be kindly asked to vacate by 5:45 pm to allow for preparation.

DINNER POLICY

・For online reservations, we kindly offer our tasting menu only. Dinner reservations are available at 6 pm or 8 pm, with a dining duration of up to 1 hour and 45 minutes per reservation.

・Our menu is constantly changing depending on the season and what is available in the marketplace. Certain items that are seen online may not be available upon your visit.

・We warmly welcome families with children. A dedicated children's menu is available for guests up to 12 years of age. Guests over the age of 12 are kindly requested to order from our tasting menus. High chairs are available upon request, subject to availability.

・Due to the nature of our menu, we ask for allergies and dietary restrictions to be confirmed at the point of reservation. We may not be able to accommodate any allergies and dietary restrictions if they are not communicated in advance.

・We do charge a corkage fee of 8,000 yen per a standard 750ml bottle and a plating fee of 1,000 yen per person for outside cake/desserts. Maximum limit of 2 bottles per table. Please note that other spirits are not permitted.

VIP BOTTLE PACKAGE POLICY

・VIP Bottle Service is available to book from 10 pm,

・ Special requests for celebrations or dietary preferences are encouraged in advance to ensure a seamless experience.

RESERVATION TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

・Cancellation fees are structured as follows. For reservations of 1–5 guests, cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the reservation time will incur a charge of 50% of the course fee, while cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee. For reservations of 6 guests or more, cancellations or changes made within 7 days of the reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the course fee. For VIP Bottle Packages, Private Events, and Large Group Bookings (8 guests or more), cancellations or changes made within 60 days of the reservation will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking value, and cancellations or changes made within 30 days of the reservation will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value.

・Please note that a 15% service charge will be applied to your final bill.

・Unless we are notified beforehand, reservations will be automatically cancelled if you are late more than 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation. We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for their reservation. Please be aware that late arrivals may result in a shortened dining experience, as tables are reserved for a set duration.

・A credit card is required for all online bookings. Please note that same-day online reservations must be made by 4:00 pm. For bookings after this time, kindly contact us through our website, social media platforms, or via email at yui@eatme.co.jp.

・Table requests are subject to availability and subject to changes without prior notice. We do not accept seat specifications.

・If there are any changes or requests to the reservation, please let us know within 3 days of the reservation date. We do not take any last minute request or changes.
