[Important Notes Regarding Reservations]
This page is the reservation site for the Tokyo Tetori store (Patisserie Asako Iwayanagi).
Reservations for the Takanawa store are handled on a separate page. Please be careful not to make any reservation mistakes.

[Operating Schedule]
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays (open on holidays).
Reservations for the following week become available every Thursday at 17:00.

September 9 (Wed) – September 13 (Sun) ▶︎ Reservations open September 3 (Thu) at 17:00
Currently, reservations can be made up to September 6 (Sun).

The reservation deadlines are as follows.
After the Table Check reservation deadline, or for same-day reservations, please contact us by phone (03-6432-3878).
Weekdays: Up until 6:00 on the day of visit
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: Up until 17:00 the day before

Regarding Allergen Accommodations
Accommodations for allergies can only be arranged for customers who have completed their reservations by 17:00 the day prior. We cannot accommodate requests received after this time. Customers requiring allergen accommodations are kindly requested to make reservations and inquiries well in advance. Additionally, please note that we may not be able to accommodate certain allergens depending on ingredient availability.

[Reservation Guidelines & Disclaimers]
• Each group is allowed to stay for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• One or more items from the parfait menu must be reserved per person (changes on the day of visit are not permitted).
Please select two types of Parfait Bijou® for your reservation. On the day of visit, you may also order additional items displayed in the showcase alongside your parfaits.
※ If the number of guests differs from the number of parfaits ordered, we will contact you via phone or email.
• Children aged elementary school or younger (including toddlers) are not permitted to dine on-site. However, they are welcome at “Asako Iwayanagi Salon de Thé” located in the same area.
• If bringing infants, please include them in the total number of guests when making a reservation (please also specify this in the special requests section).
• For groups of 5 or more, please contact us by phone to discuss arrangements.
• Late arrivals beyond the reserved time cannot extend their stay duration.
• To modify a reservation, please cancel it first and then make a new reservation.
• Cancellation fees:
From 3 days prior to the visit date, cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 3 days prior / 2 days prior: 50% of the total fee
- Day before / Day of visit: 100% of the total fee
※ Refunds will be processed sequentially following cancellations initiated by customers.
• Receipts must be generated by each customer via the Table Check My Page or reservation confirmation page.

~Seating Arrangements~
• Seat preferences cannot be accommodated; please understand this in advance.
• Single guests will be seated at the counter or table; groups of two or more will be seated at tables.

※ Guests wishing to sit at the counter near the entrance should select one of the following time slots: 11:00 / 12:30 / 14:00 / 15:30 / 17:00.
