【Reservation Guidelines】
This page is the reservation site for "PÂTISSERIE ASAKO IWAYANAGI," one of the three locations in Tokyo.
We recommend registering a My Page account via TableCheck before making a reservation.

Reservations for May 22 - May 26 will open on May 16 (Thursday) at 17:00.

Due to changing circumstances, our operation format might change in the future, so we will accept dine-in reservations once a week. Reservations will open every Thursday at 17:00.

We will post any updates on our social media.

【Changes to Our Operations】
- *Please cooperate by using alcohol sanitizers, including for takeout orders.*

- *Each reservation is limited to 1 hour and 15 minutes.*

- *One course per person is required.*
Please choose one of the two available menu courses. We cannot accept same-day changes to your order.

- *Our cafe menu is limited to two items for the time being.*
Additional orders from the showcase can be made on the day. Please use "contactless payment" for additional orders. See below for more details.

Use "contactless payment," which allows for easy billing after your meal. Select "contactless payment" on the reservation page when booking.

Please order in advance if you wish to have a message written.

Individuals with strollers and children (11 and under), please refrain from visiting the cafe. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Nearby ASAKO IWAYANAGI SALON DE THÉ is child-friendly. *

- *We allow a maximum of four guests per party.*

- *Please be on time for your reservation.*
If you arrive late, your reservation cannot be extended.

- *Reservations may be canceled if phone numbers or email addresses are incorrect.*

- *Cancelation fees:*
50% for cancellations three and two days before your reservation, and 100% the day before and the day of.
May 1: Reservation date (100%)
April 30: One day before (100%)
April 29: Two days before (50%)
April 28: Three days before (50%)

Refunds will be processed within three business days after you cancel. It may take longer for the refund to appear, and in some cases, it may show up after the payment is withdrawn. Please contact your credit card company for details.

【About Seating】
We offer two types of counter seats for single guests: near the entrance window or at the back.

*Entrance Counter Seats (Single Seats)*
11:00 / 12:30 / 14:00 / 15:30 / 17:00

*Back Counter Seats (Single Seats)*
Weekdays: 11:15 / 12:45 / 14:15 / 15:45
Weekends/Holidays: 11:45 / 13:15 / 14:45 / 16:15

If single guests wish to reserve at different times, they will be seated either at the back counter or at a table, but they cannot choose.

We want all guests to enjoy the aroma of our parfaits and drinks. Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or cologne.
