Reservation Start: Reservations can be made starting 30 minutes before your desired pick-up time.
Reservation Settings: Select "1 person" and specify the time you want to pick up your order.
Payment Method: Prepayment by credit card only.
At Pick-up: Please show your "name" and "reservation ID" at the counter.

Large Orders: For a total of 11 or more items, please call the store directly (03-6658-8771) instead of ordering online.
Cutlery: Plastic forks and knives are not included.
Confirmation Call: The store may call to confirm your order details.

🚫 Cancellation Policy (Important)

Same-Day Cancellation: Not allowed.
Cancellation Fee: 100% charge applies for same-day cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
Late Arrival: If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
