LADUREE 日比谷店(ラデュレ日比谷店)
Founded in 1862, Ladurée is a Parisian patisserie and the birthplace of the macaron. It created the “Macaron Parisien”—two macaron shells filled with cream—which is now widely known as the modern macaron. By combining a café with a patisserie, it helped shape the history of Parisian salons de thé. As a “Fabricant de douceurs” (maker of delicacies), it continues to enchant people around the world.
