For cancellations or changes to the number of guests, please contact us at least three days in advance using the link in the reservation confirmation email.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For cancellations and changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the time of arrival:

- 24 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
- 48 hours in advance: 100% of the reservation fee
- 72 hours in advance: 0% of the reservation fee

However, cancellations due to reasons beyond our control, such as rain, will not incur a cancellation fee.

We will only contact you in the following cases:
・When reservation details need to be confirmed
・When closed due to rain
