Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation fees will be charged based on the time of cancellation relative to your scheduled arrival time:
・24 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee
・48 hours prior: 100% of the reservation fee
・72 hours prior: 0% of the reservation fee

However, if we need to cancel due to reasons on our end, such as inclement weather, no cancellation fee will apply.

We will contact you only in the following situations:
・When there are questions regarding your reservation details
・When we are unable to operate due to rain
