While meat takes center stage, our menu offers a diverse array of flavors—featuring vegetables, seafood, cheeses, olive oil, fresh herbs, tomatoes, and pasta.

【Dietary Restrictions】
We strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please inform us of any specific allergies or ingredients you cannot consume at the time of your reservation.

Please note that, due to the nature of our kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens. As there is a risk of cross-contamination, we may be unable to accept reservations from guests with severe allergies.

【Arrival and Seating】
・While we make every effort to honor requests for specific seating, we may not always be able to accommodate them depending on availability.
・If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, your booking may be treated as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you expect to be delayed.


【Cancellation Policy】

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Please note that for any cancellations made on the day of your reservation—regardless of whether you notify us—a fee equivalent to 100% of the total cost of your meal will be charged. ■ Standard Reservations (1–5 guests)
Cancellation on the day of or the day before: 100%
Cancellation 3 days prior: 50%

■ Reservations for 6 or more guests / Reservations with special requests
3 days prior to the day of: 100%
7 to 4 days prior: 50%

■ Reservations for 10 or more guests / Private venue bookings
7 days prior to the day of: 100%
14 to 8 days prior: 50%


【Dress Code】
To ensure an elevated dining experience, we kindly request that guests dress in "smart casual" attire.
Please refrain from wearing items such as ski boots, bathrobes, hotel-provided yukatas, or overly casual sleeveless garments (including men’s undershirts or tank tops).


【Wine Corkage Policy】
A corkage fee applies to any wine brought into the restaurant:
・750ml bottle: 10,000 JPY per bottle (maximum of 2 bottles per group)
・Magnum bottle (1.5L): 20,000 JPY per bottle (maximum of 1 bottle per group)
