Regarding Reservations
◆Reservations may be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes have passed since your reservation time.

*Our reservation system uses an automatic seating system with 90-minute intervals.
Depending on the next reservation, your seating time may be limited to 90 minutes.

*We also have seats available in the restaurant that cannot be reserved.
Even if it shows as fully booked, we may be able to seat walk-in customers on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Same-day reservations are accepted until 4:30 PM.
After that time, we only accept walk-ins.

*Requests and preferences made during the reservation process may be confirmed on the day of your visit.
If you have any requests, please contact the restaurant by phone in advance.

*Due to the automatic seating system, we cannot accommodate requests for extensions of seating time or specific table seating.

*For course meals, advance reservations may be required.

*Table seating is prioritized for customers with earlier reservations.

Weekends and long holidays may be fully booked up to two months in advance.

*Beef tongue tataki is only available during dinner hours.

(Sendai beef tataki is available during lunch hours.)

*Sake (Aramasa) will be served on a first-come, first-served basis to customers who request it in the request field when making a reservation. (*Limited quantities available; may be sold out.)

For reservations of 12 or more people, we require advance booking of a course meal.

After selecting a course meal, group reservations are also possible.
