Smooth seating and a relaxed dining experience — ideal for guests who prefer to decide their meal at the restaurant. We offer a variety of set meals, including 牛たん定食 (gyūtan teishoku — beef tongue set meal) starting from ¥2,640. Please enjoy a rich, leisurely time pairing Miyagi’s local sake with our slowly charcoal-grilled タン焼き (tan-yaki — grilled beef tongue) made over premium binchōtan, or with our most popular dish, 牛タンのタタキ (gyūtan no tataki — seared beef tongue).
