【Reservations】
▶ After a reservation is confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.
▶ All tickets are valid for a 1-hour period.
　※ This includes the time it takes for guests to enter and exit.
▶ Those wishing to stay for more than 2 hours must purchase multiple consecutive time slots.
▶ Regular tickets can be reserved online from one month up to 15 minutes prior to the desired date and time.
　※ Advance payment is required at the time of booking.

【Entry restrictions】
In cases where any of the following apply, entry will be denied. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances, so please ensure you meet all requirements.
(For the safety of both guests and Samoyeds, we appreciate your understanding.)
▶ Guests under the age of 15 are not permitted to enter.
　※ Entry is allowed if accompanied by a guardian. Please ensure children remain under parental supervision at all times.
▶ Guests under 110 cm in height are not permitted to enter.
▶ Pets are not allowed inside.
▶ Individuals under the influence of alcohol may not enter.
▶ Wheelchair users may only enter if accompanied by an assistant and after leaving their wheelchair at the reception desk.
　Those wishing to enter while remaining in their wheelchair should visit the Machida branch instead.

【Miscellaneous】
▶ Pregnant individuals or those using crutches/walkers must take all necessary precautions to prevent injuries or accidents, at their own risk.
▶ Even if you arrive after your scheduled time, you must leave by the end of the reserved time slot.
▶ Entry will only be granted after guests from the previous time slot have departed.
　There is no waiting area, so please arrive exactly at your scheduled time.

【Disclaimer】
There is a possibility that guests’ personal belongings or clothing may become soiled due to Samoyeds’ gentle nipping, excrement, or drool.
Additionally, there is a risk of being touched by their teeth or claws.
We cannot assume responsibility for any injuries, damage, or soiling of clothing or personal items resulting from interactions with the Samoyeds.
Therefore, please understand this and engage with them at your own risk.
