[About Reservations]
● Advance ticket purchase is required for admission. Refunds are not available, and the same applies to purchasing incorrect tickets.
● Reservation dates and times cannot be changed.
● All tickets are for one-hour slots. If you wish to stay for more than two hours, please purchase consecutive tickets. *The one hour period includes your entry and exit.

[About Visiting]
● If you arrive late, you will be required to leave at your reserved time, regardless of the minute you arrive.
● Our shop operates on a 100% rotation system, so entry is strictly on time. Therefore, we cannot accommodate early arrivals.
In addition, there is no waiting area, so you must line up outside before entering.
● We do not allow pets in the shop.
● We do not allow visitors who have interacted with other animals at an animal cafe or pet shop on the day of their visit.
● Children under 110cm tall are not permitted in the shop.
● Guests under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
●If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled. No refunds will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
