【Regarding Reservations】
● Advance purchase of tickets is required for entry. No refunds will be issued, and the same applies in cases of incorrect ticket purchases.
● Reservations cannot be changed or modified.
● All tickets are valid for a one-hour period. Those wishing to stay for more than two hours must purchase consecutive tickets. ※ The one-hour limit includes both entry and exit times.

【Regarding Visits】
● Even if you arrive late, you must leave by the reserved time.
● Our store operates on a strict rotation system; entry is permitted only at your scheduled time. Therefore, even if you arrive early, we cannot admit you. There is no waiting area, so please wait outside for your designated time.
● Pets are not allowed inside the store.
● Visitors who have interacted with other animals at animal cafes or pet shops on the same day are also not permitted entry.
● Guests under 110 cm in height (children) may not enter.
● Guests under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
● Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be treated as cancellations; no refunds will be issued. Please note this in advance.
● Socks must be worn upon entry.
※ Original-designed socks are also available for purchase at the store.
● Guests using crutches, walkers, or wheelchairs are not permitted entry. Thank you for your understanding.
