Generally, the indicated weight of a steak includes the fat. At our restaurant, however, we carefully trim away all unnecessary fat and tendons before serving, leaving you with only the "net" prime lean meat. The weight listed on our course menus and à la carte items reflects the final weight after this meticulous preparation.

[Reservations & Seating]

If no seats are available for online booking, or if your desired course is not displayed, we may still be able to accommodate you by phone. Please feel free to call us directly.

Please note that we may not be able to guarantee specific seating requests.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without notifying us, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.

[Cancellation Policy]

For cancellations made by the day before your reservation: A cancellation fee of 50% of the course price will be charged.

For cancellations made on the day of your reservation: A cancellation fee of 100% of the course price will be charged.

For seat-only bookings or private restaurant charters: If cancelled within 4 days of the reservation date, a fee of 10,000 JPY per person will be charged.

[Reservations with Children]
We kindly ask all guests to order one course menu per person. If you are visiting with children (preschool or elementary school age), please contact us by phone before making a web reservation. This allows us to smoothly arrange your menu selections and seating configurations.
