Reservation Policy
▶ Menu items are subject to change depending on market availability.
▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
▶ During busy seasons, table use may be limited to approximately two hours. We appreciate your kind understanding.
▶ Course menus require advance reservation by the day before.
▶ If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance. We may not be able to accommodate requests made on the day of your visit.
▶ The deposit held at the time of booking will be automatically released after your visit.
▶ Please settle your payment at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
▶ If you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the cancellation fee will apply according to our cancellation policy.

Event Period: August 1 – November 8
Schedule: Generally held daily from 1:30 PM (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, including dining time)
Age: Children aged 12 and under
Children under 4 years old may also participate with the supervision and support of a parent or guardian.

Capacity: 1–6 participants per session
Fee: ¥3,500 per child (12 years old and under, tax included)

Each participant will make one pizza.
The fee includes the workshop, ingredients, use of an apron, and one soft drink.
Preschool-aged children should generally be accompanied and supported by a parent or guardian.
Children of elementary school age and above may participate without a parent or guardian if their parent or guardian feels they are comfortable doing so.
Parents or guardians who are only accompanying their child may join free of charge. If they would like to participate in the pizza-making experience or dine with their child, an additional fee will apply.
Please arrive at the meli melo reception desk at least 10 minutes before the start time.

Due to events or facility constraints, sessions may be suspended or rescheduled. Please check the latest status at the time of booking.

**Bookings and Cancellations**
Reservations must be made in advance. Please make reservations and cancellations by 12:00 PM on the day prior to the event. Reservations will close once the maximum capacity is reached.

For cancellations made after 12:00 PM on the day prior to the event, or for no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the participation fee will apply.

**Late Arrivals and No-Shows**
If you expect to be late, please call us by the start time. If we receive no notification and you arrive more than 20 minutes after the start time, it will be treated as a no-show. Even if you arrive late, the end time cannot be extended.

**Food Allergies**
We are unable to accommodate individual food allergy needs. Please understand this in advance.

• Young children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Accompanying adults who do not participate in pizza-making or eating are free; those who do participate must pay the adult fee.
