▶ Children below elementary school age are not permitted in the restaurant. (Only elementary school-aged children and above allowed.)
▶ Hotel parking spaces are limited; they may be fully occupied at times. Please note this in advance. (3,000 yen / up to 3 hours)

This is our signature course featuring all 7 of SHIKAKU’s recommended dishes.

Appetizer: Assorted seasonal appetizers (two types)
Sashimi: Carpaccio of grilled raw octopus and sea grapes
Fried dish: Unzen ham cutlet
Skewered item: Beef harami skewers
Grilled dish: Silver hairtail simmered in miso
Finale: Donburi rice with silver salmon, clam ramen, or SHIKAKU’s special curry
Dessert: Grilled dorayaki on a griddle

※For the finale, each guest may choose one dish.
If the donburi rice is selected, it will be served identically to everyone at the table.

A chef’s selection course featuring SHIKAKU’s signature dish, “Seasonal Rice Cooked in a Clay Pot,” which is carefully prepared for each order.
It makes generous use of seasonal ingredients, allowing you to savor the flavors of each season.

This popular Basque cheesecake perfectly recreates the surprising flavors and emotions experienced by a pastry chef who traveled throughout Spain sampling its sweets. The exterior has a caramel-like bitterness, while the inside is incredibly smooth and velvety. It makes a wonderful gift as well.
