● Online reservations can be made up until 20:00 two days prior to your desired date.
● Reservations can be booked up to 3 months in advance.
● Since the entire premises are covered with tatami mats, please refrain from entering barefoot. Stockings or socks must be worn.
● If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
● For reservation purposes, we may contact you by phone or email.
● As your reservation date approaches, we will call to confirm. If we cannot reach you, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.
● Bringing outside food or drinks is prohibited (except for baby food).
● For hygiene reasons, it is not permitted to take any food or drinks provided by us home. This also applies to unused portions or food left uneaten on the day.
● In addition to meal charges, a room charge and service fee apply (15% during daytime, 20% at night).
