[Regarding arrival time]
If we are unable to reach you within one hour after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to treat it as a cancellation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.

[Regarding allergies]
We ask about any allergies or ingredients you prefer not to eat. If you don’t inform us at the time of booking, changes on the day of your visit may not be possible, so please understand in advance.

[Regarding children]
For guests bringing children, we ask that they be in the upper grades of elementary school or older. If desired, please feel free to inquire.

Cancellations or changes to the number of guests are accepted up until two days prior to your visit. After that, except in special circumstances, a cancellation fee will apply.
