■Lunch Hours Information
Even if you reserve a lunch course for 13:45 or later, the service time is until 15:30. Please understand this in advance.

■For Customers with Children
*Please note that children are not included in the number of people for the course.*
If you are ordering a set meal for a child, please reserve them as part of the number of adults. Also, high chairs are not available for children under 1.5 years old.

■Regarding Window Seats
Window seats are requested by all customers except those with a guaranteed window seat course. We may not be able to accommodate requests made by phone or email. We also do not call customers regarding seating. Please understand this in advance.

■Cancellation Policy
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any changes in the number of people or cancellations on the day of the reservation, regardless of the reason. Please understand this in advance. If you wish to cancel on the day of your reservation, please contact us by phone.

■Terrace Plan Information in Case of Rain
If you have reserved terrace seating, we will move you to indoor seating in case of rain. However, if the terrace is full, we may not be able to provide seating.
