Even if you make a reservation for a lunch course after 1:45 PM, your seating time will be limited to 3:30 PM. Thank you for your understanding.
■ For Guests Bringing Children
*Please note that children are not included in the course number.*
If ordering a set meal with a child, please make your reservation as one adult. Children under 18 months of age are not permitted to use high chairs.
■ Regarding Window Seats
We accept requests for seats other than those guaranteed by the window seat course. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate reservations even if you contact us by phone or email. We will not call you regarding seating arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Cancellation Fees
Changes in the number of guests or cancellations made on the day of the meal will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason. Thank you for your understanding.
■ Terrace Plan Rainy Weather Information
If you have a reservation for terrace seating, we will relocate you to indoor seating in the event of rain. However, if the terrace is fully booked, we will be unable to accommodate you.
