The fruit is steeped for three months in premium liquors carefully selected by the hotel's mixologists, including Flor de Caña 12 Year Old, Nardini Grappa, and Remy Martin VSOP, and the richly fragrant fruit is then generously kneaded into the dough. The dough is seasoned with carefully selected spices such as cardamom and nutmeg, and after baking, it is finished with a generous amount of butter for a rich flavor. This Anniversary Edition is limited to just 250 pieces worldwide, each accompanied by a travel tag (serial-numbered tag) to signify its exclusivity.
