The fruit is steeped for three months in premium liquors carefully selected by the hotel's mixologists, including Flor de Caña 12 Year Old, Nardini Grappa, and Remy Martin VSOP, and the richly fragrant fruit is then generously kneaded into the dough. The dough is seasoned with carefully selected spices such as cardamom and nutmeg, and after baking, it is finished with a generous amount of butter for a rich flavor. Enjoy the changing flavor of the carefully selected dough and mellow fruit, which deepens with each passing day.

To mark the milestone of our first anniversary, we are pleased to present this commemorative teddy bear, specially created in collaboration with Steiff, the renowned German heritage plush toy brand. Dressed in a bespoke hotel uniform, its charming appearance gently reflects the many meaningful encounters and memorable moments woven together since our opening. Designed with warmth and care, this teddy bear embodies the spirit of hospitality and the lasting memories shared with our guests. This Anniversary Edition is limited to just 250 pieces worldwide, each accompanied by a travel tag (serial-numbered tag) to signify its exclusivity. Each teddy bear is carefully presented in an original suede-style drawstring bag, created exclusively for this occasion.
