[About Reservations (General)]
●We start accepting reservations for the following month at 10pm on the 15th of each month.
●We do not accept same-day reservations on this reservation site. Please contact the store directly by phone.
●For opening days, please check the days marked with W&H🔴 on the HP Business Schedule .
●There are two types of reservations: [Cafe] and [Picnic].
●If you make a reservation for [Picnic], you cannot change to [Cafe] on the day as a seat at the cafe is not reserved. (In the event of bad weather, your reservation will be cancelled.)
●If you would like to use both the cafe and picnic, or if you would like to change from picnic to cafe use in the event of bad weather, please make a reservation using the [Cafe] form. (However, picnics are not available for the [Cafe] slots from 16:00 onwards.)

● If you are only purchasing coffee beans etc., no reservation is required. Please come directly to the store.

[About reservations (Cafe)]

● The cafe is available for 80 minutes with a full rotation system. (Reservations are only available for 16:00, and are for 60 minutes until closing time of 17:00.)

● The maximum number of people per cafe reservation slot is 3. If you are making a reservation for 3 or more people, please make multiple reservations according to the number of people.

● Cafe reservation slots are as follows.

・10:00~
・11:30~
・13:00~
・14:30~
・16:00~

● If you do not arrive 30 minutes or more after the reservation time without contacting us, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. If you are late for your reservation, please be sure to contact us by phone.
●If you have children who require seats, please include them in the number of people in your reservation.
●We do not generally accept seating requests.

[ Reservations (Picnic)]
●Picnic menus are rental menus for outdoor use only (90 minutes). In the event of bad weather, rentals will not be available and reservations will be canceled. In that case, you will not be able to change to using the cafe.
●The maximum number of people per picnic reservation is 4 people. If you are reserving more than 4 people, please make multiple reservations according to the number of people.
●Picnic reservation slots are as follows.
・10:30~
・12:00~
・13:30~
・15:00~
●If you would like to use both the picnic and cafe, or if you would like to change to using the cafe in the event of bad weather, please make a reservation using the [Cafe] form. (However, picnics are not available for the [cafe] slot from 4 p.m. onwards.)
● Picnics are available for 90 minutes from the time the basket is handed over. Please come at a convenient time within 30 minutes of your reservation time. Please note that your time may be shortened if you come more than 30 minutes after your reservation time.

[About changing your reservation]
● If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your existing reservation yourself and make a new reservation.

[About cancellations]
● If you wish to cancel by the day before, please cancel yourself on the reservation site.
● If you wish to cancel on the day, please contact us by phone, not by email. </b>(Cancellation fee: 100% on the day)

[Request when visiting]
● The shop is located in a narrow alley in a quiet residential area. Please refrain from talking loudly in front of the store and do not enter neighboring premises.
●We do not have a car or bicycle parking lot. Please use nearby car or bicycle parking lots or public transportation.
