We offer a high-quality sake experience, where you can learn about sake production methods, the characteristics and regional features of each brewery, and the story behind each brewery. We offer a wide range of sake, from the popular "OMASAKE" tasting to rare brands and premium sake.

Masked Sake drinking party1. We will serve you ten kinds of sake in order. 2. You can write down your impressions of each sake in a tasting note. 3. After all 10 kinds of sake have been served, you can "refill" your favorite drink. 4. After refilling, we will remove each mask and explain each drink.

[Sake Brewery Collaboration Event] Minatomachi - Departure Banquet - Daytime SessionThis is a one-day-only collaborative event with Minatomachi, a new brand created by Imayo Tsukasa.
The concept is a modern reimagining of the port banquets where fishermen and townspeople would once serve sake and food in prayer for safe boats and bountiful catches. Guests can enjoy five types of sake and food while chatting with the brewers.
In addition, we will be inviting Mr. Sato of Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery to share the story behind the founding of the Minatomachi brand, its flavors, and the historical background of Niigata, providing a unique experience.
