A tart featuring a mousse that combines the tartness of Setouchi lemons with the gentle sweetness of yogurt, topped with a single, luxurious fresh cherry.

We've prepared a special "Café Gourmand" by our pastry chef, incorporating the changing seasons from spring to early summer, including macarons with rich pistachio cream accented with Amarena cherries, and fragrant financiers made with new tea leaves.
