▼ Reservations： Reservations open at 10am on the 1st of each month for dates
up to three months in advance.
e.g. On September 1st at 10:00 AM, all tables for December will become available.
▼ Cancellations & Group Size REductions:
Our cancellation fees apply to both total cancellations and any reduction in guest numbers. (For a la carte booking, the cancellation fee will be 3,000 yen per person.)
- Bookings for 7 or larger:
Within 7 days of the booking → 50% fee
Within 24 hours of the booking → 100% fee
- Bookings for 6 or smaller:
Whithin 24 hours of the booking → 100% fee
**Please note that cancellation fees will still apply to personal illness, injories or other accidents.
▼ Late Arrivals: Please be advised that reservations may be treated as canceled if you do not arrive within 20 minutes of your scheduled time.
▼ Child Policy： For safety reasons and for the comfort of all our guests, we kindly request that children are only admitted if they are able to order the same menu as adults. Kindly note that a dedicated children’s menu, high chairs, and seating-only bookings are not available. We recommend 10 years old or older.
▼ Dietary Requests : While we do our best to accommodate dietary requests and allergies, we do require the information at least 24-hour notice. However, please be informed that we are still a small restaurant, and our premises are not certified allergen-free, gluten-free, Halal, or Kosher. Because all kitchen equipment and utensils are shared, please be aware that despite our thorough cleaning practices, there is always a possibility of secondary contamination (cross-contamination) or trace amounts being transferred. We kindly understanding and cooperation in advance.
▼ BYO Policy: We do NOT allow guests to bring their own wines. (Bring Your Own is not permitted.)
▼ Taxis & Transport: Please note that taxis are highly limited in the Niseko area. If you require transport for your return trip, we recommend you book a taxi in advance. Please be advised that we do not provide pick-up or drop-off services.
