The grilled dishes, which vary by season, feature nothing but the luxurious ingredients unique to Hokkaido, a true treasure trove of produce. Additionally, our signature steak is made with “Shiraoi Beef,” a Hokkaido-bred Japanese Black cattle. Born and raised in Shiraoi Town, nestled between the Pacific Ocean and the mountains of Shikotsu-Toya National Park, “Shiraoi Beef” is raised with care, benefiting from nature’s bounty—including pristine water and a mild climate. During the 2008 Hokkaido Toyako Summit, it was highly praised by VIPs from around the world. We invite you to savor its deep richness and mellow flavor on our teppanyaki grill.
