ご提供するお食事は、すべてのメニューで同一調理場による調理となります。そのため、アレルゲンは完全に除去されるわけではなく、一部残留する可能性があります。
また、スプーンや皿といった食器類については洗浄過程でアレルゲンが完全に除去されず、残留することもあります。従いまして、〆蕎麦 燦々にてご提案するお食事については、事前申告いただいた場合においてもアレルゲンが完全に除去された食事ではなく、あくまで低アレルゲンのお食事であることをご注意ください。お食事はアレルギー症状が発生しないことをお約束するものではありません。

This course combines a three-item soba-mae selection (examples: 肉どうふ, いたわさ, 肉味噌生ピーマン), bakudan, a salad, your choice of one signature main, a bowl of 100% buckwheat soba to finish, and a sweet dessert. The soba-mae selection is chosen from the day’s recommendations so you can enjoy seasonal flavors.

1. 親鳥もも黒焼き 柚子胡椒 (oyadori momo kuroyaki: char-grilled mature chicken thigh with yuzu kosho)
2. 豚ロース カツとじ (buta rosu katsu-toji: pork loin cutlet simmered with egg)
3. 鶏ももレバー砂肝 親子とじ (tori momo, reba, sunagimo oyako-toji: chicken thigh with liver and gizzard, simmered with egg)
