Please be punctual and refrain from long delays as it will bother other customers.

🔶 Deposit Matters

▶︎ Deposit for 4 persons and above we need at RM 1000 to secure you seat . Are requested to make a credit card advance deposit payment of RM1000.

※Please pay the total amount ( minus deposit) at the restaurant.

▶︎ Reservations for more than 8 people, please contact the store directly.

🔶 Cancellations

▶︎ Please note that reservations may be cancelled for customers who are late for more than 20 mins and do not get in contact with us. Therefor, please make sure to contact us. (Refer to the cancellation policy)

▶︎ We may ask for a deposit of RM200 by credit card for customers who previously cancelled or changed the number of people etc suddenly, not accordance to reservation rules.

🔷 We do not accept reservations from the same business partner of the sushi restaurant.Please note that we will not be able to accommodate them.
