🔷Booking Rules

▶︎ The counter seat service starts all at once.
Please be punctual and refrain from long delays as it will bother other customers.

▶︎ Please note that counter seats cannot be specified.

▶︎ We accept counter reservations for customers 12 years of age or older who can order a course meal.

▶︎ Please notify us about any allergies request column when making a reservation.
(Not available on the day of reservation)
※ Please note that the contents of the course cannot be changed.

▶︎ We will prepare dessert plates (birthdays, anniversaries, graduation) for customers who order a course menu.

▶︎ Dinner menus is available at lunch time by advance reservations only.
Please make a reservation by phone directly.

▶︎ If you are running late, we will not be able to extend your reservation time

🔷 Refundable deposit

We ask for a reservation deposit of RM100 per person.
The deposit is refundable upon your visit.
Please pay the full amount for food and beverage at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

※ It may take a few days for the deposit to be refunded. Please contact your credit card company.


🔷Cancel

The deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee from 4days prior to the reserved date. Please be sure to read the cancellation policy.

🔷 How to cancel

Please contact us at least 4 days prior to the reservation date via our online reservation site or by phone (during business hours) to make any changes or cancellations.
