Rokumeikan — a Miyajima sukiyaki specialty. The name comes from the Rokumeikan spirit of gathering, conversation and hospitality. We use Hiroshima ingredients whenever possible—Hiroshima beef, vegetables, eggs and seasonings—and respect their natural flavors. Each sukiyaki is prepared and served with care.
