[For Guests with Reservations]
▶ If we cannot reach you within 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be considered canceled and your table may be given to waiting guests.
▶ During busy periods, we may limit the length of your stay.
▶ Please note we cannot accept requests for specific seats.
▶ Please let us know the purpose of your meal (e.g., birthday, business entertainment) and any food allergies.
▶ The entire venue is non-smoking. We appreciate your cooperation.
▶ Cancellation policy for reservations and changes to the number of guests is as follows:
・Same day: 100%
・By 3:00 PM the day before: 80%
▶ Private room fees: Lunch/Café: ¥500 per person · Dinner: ¥1,000 per person
▶ Notes about reservations
※ Please understand that we may not be able to accept same-day reservations.
※ Reservations are accepted up to 2 months in advance.
※ For groups (full-venue or area buyouts) we can accept reservations more than 2 months in advance. For details, please inquire at the restaurant or by phone.
