We will be hosting a special event where we will welcome wineries representing Nagano, where you can enjoy a rich lineup of about 20 types of wine along with a buffet-style meal while listening to the thoughts and stories that go into each wine.

As a pre-booking bonus, we will be offering a set of Italian buffet and free-flow wine at a special price of 15,000 yen (normal price 18,000 yen).

Enjoy the chef's carefully selected Italian buffet, a glass in hand, and conversation, meeting new people, and spending an elegant moment for adults.

■ Izawanohata (Tateshina Town, Nagano Prefecture)

A small winery in Takayama Village that takes advantage of the cool climate at an altitude of about 700 meters. They are committed to careful grape cultivation and natural brewing at their own farm, delivering wines with delicate and gentle flavors.

■ Sansan Winery (Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture)
A long-established winery in Shiojiri/Kikyogahara. They focus on sustainable cultivation and high-quality grape production, and their wines have a well-balanced taste that makes the most of the terroir unique to Shinshu.

■ Milli Beaute (Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture)
A small-scale winery that produces small quantities of wine in the natural environment of Komoro City, Nagano Prefecture. They practice natural winemaking that incorporates organic cultivation and values the individuality of the grapes.

■ Funky Chateau (Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture)
A winery that is renowned for its funky and elegant wines made from grapes grown at an altitude of 1,000 meters. Although the winery will not be participating this time, a sommelier will be on hand to handle sales on the day.
