Reservations for Kawadoko (Riverside Dining) from May 2026 are available starting March 1st.

About Operation
▶Both in-store and Kawadoko seating are table and chair style.
▶Kawadoko is only open during the summer season, from May to September.
▶From October to April, meals are served on the 2nd floor inside the restaurant.

About Reservations
▶You cannot specify the location of your seat.
▶We do not accept reservations for one person. For reservations exceeding 15 people, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶Reservations for the current day or the next day cannot be made through the online form.
▶All members of the same group must order the same menu (We cannot accommodate different courses within the same group, and your reservation will be automatically cancelled.)
▶If you wish to order children's meals, please enter the number of children (Ages 10 and under / Ages 4 and under) and then order the children's meal.
▶Children over 11 years old must choose from the adult menu. Children aged 4 to 10 may choose between the adult menu or the children's meal.
▶In the event of a mismatch due to online reservations, if the restaurant is fully booked, we may contact you (within 12 hours) to ask you to cancel.

Important Notes on Use
▶If you will be late for your reservation time, please make sure to contact us. If we do not hear from you 30 minutes past your reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. Please note that if you are significantly late, we may not be able to secure your seats.
▶Cancellations, changes to the number of people, or changes to your plan must be reported by noon (12:00 PM) on the day before your reservation.
▶A cancellation fee will be charged after this time: ●50% from 12:00 PM the day before until 5:00 PM the day before. ●100% from 5:00 PM the day before until the day of.
▶The same policy applies to cancellations due to rain or typhoons; however, as a general rule, we will not charge a cancellation fee if an emergency weather warning is suddenly issued.
▶We may be forced to request a cancellation from you if we determine that heavy rain or a natural disaster poses a danger.

About Means of Arrival
▶A free shuttle bus to Kibuneguchi Station is available. If you are arriving by Eizan Electric Railway or Kyoto Bus, we will accept your reservation for the shuttle bus. Please select and reserve the time you wish to use the shuttle bus.
▶Those arriving by personal car or sightseeing taxi must also reserve a parking spot.
▶Please reserve your parking spot by clicking "Reserve Parking Here." If "Parking Ⓟ" does not appear in the menu, the lot is full and you cannot park.
▶※Please note: If you reserve with public transportation and then change your mind and arrive by personal car on the day, you will not be able to park in our parking lot.
