＜About Our Operations＞
▶All seating, both indoors and on the riverside terrace, is at tables and chairs.
▶The riverside terrace is open only during the summer season from May to September.
▶The riverside seating is outdoors with no roof. Even during the riverside season, if we determine it is unsafe to provide seating on the riverside due to rain, after rain, high water levels, strong winds, or typhoon conditions, seating will be provided inside the restaurant even if it is sunny (no private rooms available).
＜About Reservations＞
▶Specific seating locations cannot be requested.
▶ We do not accept reservations for 1 person. For reservations exceeding 15 people, please contact the restaurant directly.
▶ Reservations for the previous day or same day cannot be made via the reservation form.
▶ All members of the same group must order the same menu (We cannot accommodate separate courses. Such reservations will be automatically canceled.)
▶ When ordering children's meals, please enter the number of children (ages 10 and under, or 4 and under) and order the children's menu.
▶ Children aged 11 and older must select from the adult menu. Children aged 4 to 10 must order either the adult menu or the children's set meal.
▶ If a reservation made online conflicts with another booking and the restaurant is fully booked, we may contact you to cancel (within 12 hours).
Important Notes for Your Visit
▶If you cannot arrive by your reservation time, please contact us immediately. If we receive no notification 30 minutes after your reservation time, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please note that arriving significantly late may result in your table not being held.
▶For reservation cancellations or changes to the number of guests/plans, please notify us by noon the day before your reservation.
Cancellation fees apply thereafter. ● After 12:00 PM the day before until 5:00 PM: 50% ● After 5:00 PM the day before or on the day: 100% Cancellations due to rain or typhoons follow the same policy. However, if a sudden warning is issued, cancellation fees will generally not be charged.
▶ If heavy rain poses a risk of disaster, we may request cancellation.
Transportation to Our Restaurant
▶ A free shuttle bus to Kibuneguchi Station is available. When arriving via Eizan Railway or Kyoto Bus, please reserve the shuttle bus. ＜Please select your shuttle bus time and make a reservation＞

※ Please reserve parking via “Reserve Parking Here”. If “Parking Ⓟ” is not displayed on the menu, the lot is full and unavailable.
＜※Please note: If you reserve using public transportation but change to a private vehicle on the day of your visit, you will not be able to park in our lot. ＞
＜Other Information＞
▶Meal service time is limited to approximately 90 minutes. (Seat usage time is up to 120 minutes)
▶Please use the request field for allergy information (we will do our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee them). We cannot accommodate requests to omit specific disliked ingredients.
▶Food images are for illustrative purposes (dishes are served with seasonal ingredients and on seasonal tableware).
▶Reservations without food orders will be invalidated and automatically canceled. (We cannot accept reservations for parking only, shuttle service only, children's bento only, or ayu salt-grilled only.)
▶If different menus are reserved for the same time slot (detected by the system when the same name, address, or phone number is used), the reservation will be automatically canceled. Please be mindful of this when making your reservation.
