✨ Reservation Rules
・Check-in: Please arrive 5 minutes early and let our staff know you have a reservation.
・Ordering: One set per person is required. (e.g., 4 guests = 4 sets).
・Seating: While we strive to give everyone a front-row view, specific seats cannot be guaranteed.

💳 Booking & Cancellation
Payment: Your card is registered to secure the seat. Actual payment is made at the restaurant after your meal.
Cancellation: As we prepare ingredients for you, no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100%. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us reduce food waste.

About children's entry
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family Friendly & Safety We love hosting families! Since our Fire Show features large, exciting flames, our staff will guide you to the best seats to enjoy the show safely.
・For our younger guests: We offer a special "Kids Castle Ramen" (No-fire version). To ensure everyone has a great time, we kindly ask that each guest (including children) orders either a standard course or a kids' menu.
・Little ones (Under 6): Children under 6 are welcome to share a meal with you! When booking, please enter them as "Infants" so we can prepare the right seating for your family.

This is our reservation-only dinner course menu PER PERSON.

We will take your order at the restaurant on the day of your reservation, so please choose from the dinner course options when you arrive. We offer the following reservation-only courses: Regular Dinner Course, Veggie Dinner Course, No-Pork Dinner Course, Gluten-Free Dinner Course, and Kids’ Castle Ramen Course (for children up to 12 years old).

Please pay at the register after your meal. Contactless/tap-to-pay is not available, so we ask that you pay by credit card or cash.

💳 Card Registration & Cancellation Policy
Why card info is needed: A credit card is required to secure your reservation. Please note that no charges are made at this time. (A temporary ¥200 verification fee may appear, but it will be fully refunded.)
Payment: Please pay the full amount for your meal and drinks at the restaurant register after your visit.
Credit card payments are accepted, but please note that payments cannot be made by tapping your smartphone or watch.
Cancellations: As we prepare specifically for your arrival, the following fees apply if you cancel:
・48 hours before: 50% of the course fee.
・24 hours before or No-show: 100% of the course fee (Lunch: ¥7,130 / Dinner: ¥18,000 per person).

Reservations are accepted for courses only. Reservations for seats only or orders from the regular menu are not accepted.
Due to our limited counter space (20 seats), we only accept reservations for courses.
Changes to the number of guests on the day are not possible, as we prepare food for the number of guests reserved.
If the number of guests decreases for any reason, you will still be required to pay the course fee for the number of people reserved.
