■Reservation
Reservations can be made by phone or website. Reservation required.
★ Seat selection is not available.
★ Even if online reservations are full, we may still accommodate you.
★ Same-day use possible if availability exists. If no reservation is made by 24:00 two days prior, the store will be closed.
■Changes in number of people
・If increasing人数→ possible if availability exists.
・If decreasing人数→ possible before cancellation deadline.
■Cancellation
Changes after the deadline are not accepted.
100% cancellation fee from 2 days prior. Free until 3 days prior.

■Weather
There is a large roof (some paid tents available), so use is possible even in rain,
however we cannot guarantee staying dry depending on conditions.
If the store closes due to weather warnings, cancellation fees will be waived.
We will contact you by phone.
If weather worsens after arrival, operations may be stopped for safety reasons.
In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Please consider this when deciding to cancel before the deadline.
