Our business hour
11:00am-7:30pm
Last order is 1 hour before the shop closing time
If you are late for last order time and over by 6:45pm, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

▶️Please inform The cafe on the 3rd floor and we don’t have elevator.

If you have disability and wish to have parfait we do at other brunches patisserie only by advanced reservation.

The menu is limited.

If there is no call for late, after past 15 mins of time the reservation will cancelled as no-show.
Our last order also last enter by 6:30 pm.

▶️If you aren’t feeling well or impossible to visit cause of transportation delays or canceled on the day of your reservation please give us a call before our opening time until 11am.

▶️If you have stroller or infant baby our floor is narrow spaces.
Please inform on the customer request if you have stroller.
We are one order policy but don’t have to order child’s under age 12.
But please reserve the number of seat contains kids.

▶️If you are celebrating, we do on plate message for free of charge.please advised the message and which deserts for on the customer request. We don’t prepare a message plate just select the purpose.Must leave us a requests.

▶️No outside food or drinks.

▶️Food allergies please inform on the customer request.
Therefore we do not avoid eggs, milk, wheat.
Other ingredients used for main, also impossible to avoid.
Parfait ingredients cannot avoid even if its allergies cause.

In April, strawberries take center stage in this refreshing and rich parfait that evokes the feeling of early summer: 'Strawberry / Assam / Hierba Buena'.

The parfait features gelato made from "Amaotome" strawberries, grown in a region blessed with abundant high-quality underground spring water ("Uchinuki") originating from Mt. Ishizuchi. It also includes rare "Amarin" fresh fruit from Wado Farm in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, and a generous amount of sweet "Yayoi Hime" strawberries in the marinade.

This is paired with gelato made from "Yerba Buena," a wild-flavored mint grown organically by Naeme Farm in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture, and also used in mojitos, and milky white chocolate.

The deep flavor of Assam tea is captured in granite, blancmange, and meringue within the glass, gently connecting the sweetness of the strawberries with the refreshing coolness of the herbs.

In addition, it combines a variety of components including passion fruit and yerba buena jelly, raspberry meringue, nougatine, passion fruit lime cream, sour chantilly cream, and yerba buena opaline.

Pairing Drink
"Rooibos/Passionflower/Marigold"
This time, we've prepared an original blend tea combining rooibos tea with the herbs of passionflower and marigold.
The fragrant aroma of rooibos and the gentle sweetness of marigold are mellowed by the addition of passionflower, a relative of the passion fruit used in the parfait.

Magbasa pa

We have reconstructed the tiramisu into a parfait. Tiramisu mascarpone cream with Italian wine, the bitterness of two types of coffee from Horiguchi coffee, the crispness of cacao streusel cookie, and the aroma of caramelized almonds are added. Please enjoy the acquired taste tiramisu parfait combined with the apple banana, which has a Chewy texture. Reservations are only for a la carte items, but we present as a pairing drink that matches the tiramisu parfait, Horiguchi Coffee's single origin "Peru", which is different from the parfait parts, is available. In addition to the floral splendor and bright acidity, it is a coffee that slowly spreads with a concentrated sweetness and soft richness. It is a pairing that allows you to enjoy the parfait more deeply, so please enjoy it together.(+¥600)
