The Tanabata Wind Chime Festival at Heian Shrine will be held for the second time this year. Over 1,000 wind chime strips are displayed in the temple grounds, creating a beautiful tone and evoking a summer atmosphere. This year, many wind chime strips will be displayed not only in the main shrine, but also in the scenic spot ``Shinen'' that can be seen from the Heian Shrine Hall.
