▶If the person making the reservation is different from the person receiving the treatment, please provide the name of the person receiving the treatment.
▶Registration is open one hour before the start of the treatment. The hot springs and sauna can only be used before the treatment.
▶Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, even if you will not be using any of the additional facilities.
▶Please note that your treatment time will be shortened if you are late for your reservation.
▶Please refrain from using the treatment after drinking alcohol, if you are pregnant, under the age of 16, or if you are planning a wedding (on the day of or one week prior to your wedding).
▶Those who have had a serious illness or surgery within the last six months are not permitted to use the treatment.
▶Please let us know if you have any allergies (food, medicine, cosmetics, etc.).
▶Those with tattoos (including stickers) are subject to restrictions, so please let us know in advance.

▶Cancellation policy: 100% of the fee will be charged if you cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation.
▶Reservations for two or more people must be made by phone.
